they were going go to a raid. then ishmael gets to meet jumah.(his friend).then the lieutenant pick 15 guys plus ishmael and he tell them to drop your weapons, and milltary equipment and then march.then they go eat and meet the new recuits.then a fight happen then ishmael grab his frag grenade while ahjail grab his bayonet.while the boys answer there questions they put there wepons down. ishmael fight in the RUF. and then the rebels tries to destroy the army base but they fail.

long way home chapter 11

alhaji,kanei,ishemael,moriba, and Saudi tried to go back the village. and before they almost got there they stop by a behind a banana leaf and ishmael reamber a guy called gasemu.and they help him carried the bananas to the village.when they got there the village was burned and every one dead except the 6 kids and 1 adult. then they heard some rebels so they hide in a coffee farm and there where 3 rebels and one rebel was smoking a thing. and then they run and when then when they made it to the forest and gasemu got shot in the leg and they tried everything to help him but he died.then they continue without him.

zoo trip

the zoo trip was fun because all the animals.and i get to pet a ray and one looks like a shark.and i saw some fishes,spiders (afaird of spiders) and then we have lunch and then i went on the fume rider (where it goes up and then goes down) then i went on a skyride with mylott, and chase and then we went back to go back to school.

a long way gone chapter 3-4

i like the begining but when it get a little bit gore it was awesome.and it is sad too that the rebels kill all those people and take kids as hostages.and ishmael and his friends escape and grap money (to buy food etc) and they try to save a kid life by telling him to drop the bag but he wont listen so they left him to die.
